Konovaliuk believes that decisive steps must make Parliament


"Tomorrow ( Tuesday - Ed . ) Finally becomes clear how the situation will develop in Ukraine. Will the Verkhovna Rada bear political responsibility and the ruling faction admit their mistakes that led to the collapse of the country and the crisis ? " - Asks the former People's Deputy from PR Valery Konovalyuk .

" Out of this situation can be only one :
1. Viktor Yanukovych's statement about non-participation in the upcoming parliamentary and presidential elections ;
2 . Back to the 2004 Constitution by abolishing the illegal decision of the Constitutional Court (2010) ;
3 . Holding of general early elections based on the new electoral law and the formation of the new composition of the CEC ;
4 . Create a public council to determine the composition of the government and technical development of the social contract to the new Constitution ;
5 . In conjunction with the early elections a referendum on the direction of the country's integration and powers of territorial communities ;
6. Make a political statement about non-interference in the internal affairs of Ukraine with the leading countries of the world;
7. Open and public investigation into all the circumstances of extremism and violence , fraud and corruption;
Otherwise conflict escalate into open civil strife , to the decay and collapse of the country - where there will be no winners , "- said the politician.

Tomorrow BP recall vote on the question of a return to the 2004 Constitution .
